Our folding display boards for hire are perfect for display & exhibiting at exhibitions, trade fairs, presentations, schools, colleges, universities, surgeries, waiting rooms, wedding fairs, shopping malls, libraries, hospitals, (We have hired many times to the NHS), charities, National Trust, English Heritage, temporary museum displays etc. Perfect for art, posters, photographs, plans, printed display boards, school parents evenings etc. These folding display boards are also known as folding display boards for hire, folding panel stands for hire, panel kits for hire, display boards for hire, display boards for rent.
Features and benefits:
- Lightweight. Easily transportable to your event via car, taxi, train or even walking. Our Senior folding display hire boards weigh just 4.5kgs, easily carried.
- Large tabletop display area. Both sides of the boards can be used for exhibiting posters, artwork, architectural plans, etc.
- Board Size - three central boards are all 900mm high x 600mm wide, in a portrait orientation. The detachable header panel is 900mm wide x 250mm high
- Assembly time is less than 1 minute. The three main boards are hinged vertically and the header panel simply clips to the main boards.
- Hire board colours. Mid grey one side of the stand and mid blue the other. Grey frame.
- All boards are covered in a "NYLOOP" fabric. Nyloop fabric allows you to attach posters with 'hook' hook and loop fastener. These hire boards are not suitable for use with drawing pins - Hook and Loop Fastener only.
- We supply 1 meter of hook and loop fastener free of charge with every panel kit hired. Simply cut the strip of self adhesive hook and loop fastener into smaller 25mm strips, peel off the protective tape from the rear and apply to your graphics/posters. The hook and loop fastener will firmly hold your posters, graphics and graphic boards to the display boards. At the end of the event, gently pull the posters off the boards, ready to re-use at a later date. If you require more hook hook and loop fastener, we also supply 25 meter reels of Hook and Loop Fastener at just £11 per reel or 5 meter reels for £5.00 plus vat
- Hire boards are suitable for use with paper posters, laminated posters, foam core panels and foamex board. If you require printed posters for your event, please call us as we can arrange for these to be printed for you at extremely competitive rates.
- A period of 'hire' or 'rent' is the date of despatch at Displays UK to the date of return to Displays UK. We offer a 1 day hire/rent, a 7 day hire/rent and a 10 day hire/rent. If you require boards for longer periods, please call us and we will provide reduced rates for extended periods.
- Delivery charges (excluding Highlands and Islands) are based on each quote, and will use an overnight courier to get the baords to you in good time for your event. If you require a larger quantity of display boards to hire/rent, please call us and we will endeavour to find you the most cost effective delivery charges. We have several of our own delivery vehicles as well as a dedicated team of independent couriers.
- We know how important your event is to you. We have NEVER delivered to a venue late.
- Sorry, but we do not provide a delivery service on single day hire, this service is collection only from our factory warehouse in Christchurch Dorset.
