These modular display board systems allow you to connect multiple panels and poles together to create a system to suit your space by making it any size and any layout! These panel and pole kits to hire are perfect for schools, colleges, universities, community centres, libraries, art galleries, photographic clubs, hotels, exhibitions, trade shows and many more! Renting displays like these means that you will save stress and money! Post event, you will not have to worry about storing the units, cleaning them, repairing them or managing them as we will do all of this for you!
Features and benefits of the Panel and Pole Display Board Kit for Hire/Rent PPH54
- Lightweight yet strong display board unit. Each individual board weighs less than 1kg making it super easy to carry and transport.
- These panel and pole systems are quickly and easily assembled. Simply screw the base to the poles and then clip the panels to the poles.
- Stable 300mm diameter round steel bases
- Overall pole and stand height is 1800mm
- Overall panel size is 900mm x 1200mm - perfect for displaying A0 literature!
- Our panels are covered in a hook and loop fastener friendly nyloop material which allows you to quickly and easily attach your graphics and posters. Please be aware that these boards are not suitable to be used with pins.
- Each panel is double sided and graphics can be put on both sides to maximise your display!
- All of our display boards systems to hire come supplied with a 1m reel of hook hook and loop fastener free of charge!
- All of our panel and pole kits for hire have grey coloured bases, poles and frames
- The display boards are a mid blue colour on one side and a mid grey colour on the other
- Our display board panel and pole hire kits are availble for immediate dispatch and next working day delivery (if ordered before mid day)
- Hire periods as standard are 1 day, 7 days and 10 days. Longer hire periods are available upon request. Please note that our 1 day hire period and price if for collection from our premises at 9:00am and return to us by 5:00pm the same day. We do not offer a delivery service for this hire period.

Panel and Pole Display Board Kit for Hire PPH54 consists of;
- 2 x 900mm x 1200mm display boards and rubberised clips
- 3 x male poles - 900mm x 25mm - grey colour
- 3 x female poles - 900mm x 25mm - grey colour
- 3 x 300mm diameter round steel bases - grey colour
- 1 meter reel of hook hook and loop fastener
Optional Hire Extras Include;
- Spotlight (simply clips to the top of the panels)
Delivery of the PPH54 Panel and Pole Display Board Hire Kit
Please contact us for ALL delivery charges. We assess each hire size/quantity of rented boards to find you the cheapest delivery and collection service. Delivery may be via our own vehicle, overnight courier or a kerbside pallet delivery.
