Our Panel and Pole Display Board Kits to Hire/Rent are the perfect solution to your next temporary or one off event! Keep things easy and stress free, as we will arrange to deliver and collect these to suit your event times and provide everything you need to put the kits together. These panel and pole kits are a modular system, as you can keep adding panels and poles until you have reached your desired display size and layout! This makes these kits extremely popular for hire with art galleries, libraries, community centres, schools, colleges, universities, offices, hotels, corporate events and many more.

- Strong yet lightweight display systems, with each panel weighing less than 1kg each making them easy to carry and transport!
- Quick and easy assembly. We provide everything you need to simply screw the bases to the poles and clip the panels to the poles.
- Stable 300mm diameter round steel bases
- Overall pole and stand height is 1800mm
- Overall panel size is 900mm x 1200mm - our largest panel size available for hire which is perfect for displaying A0 size literature
- Our panels are covered in hook and loop fastener friendly nyloop material on both sides, allowing you to easily attach your posters and graphics to both sides and create a high impact display!
- All of our display board systems for hire come supplied with a 1m reel of hook hook and loop fastener free of charge to get you started.
- All of our display boards for rent have grey frames, poles and bases. Each panel is mid blue on one side and mid grey on the other.
- Our display board panel and pole hire kits are available for immediate dispatch and next working day delivery (if ordered before mid day)
- Hire periods offered as standard are 1 day, 7 days and 10 days. Longer hire periods are available upon request. Please note that our 1 day hire period and price is for collection from our premises at 9:00am and return to us by 5:00pm the same day. We do not offer a delivery service for this hire period.

- 5 x male poles - 900mm x 25mm - grey colour
- 5 x female poles - 900mm x 25mm - grey colour
- 5 x 300mm diameter round steel bases - grey colour
- 1m reel of hook hook and loop fastener

Please contact us for ALL delivery charges. We assess each hire size/quantity of rented boards to find you the cheapest delivery and collection service. Delivery may be via our own vehicle, overnight courier or kerb side pallet delivery.
