These versatile panel and pole kits for hire are a modular display solution, allowing you to continue to add more panels and poles to create a bespoke display size and layout that suits your event and space! This makes them very popular with schools, colleges, universities, libraries, art galleries, community centres, corporate events, hotels, offices, exhibitions, trade shows and more!

- Strong yet lightweight display units, with each panel weighing less than 1kg each making them easy to carry and transport!
- Quick and easy assembly in minutes! We provide everything you need to simply screw the bases to the poles and clip the panels to the poles.
- Stable 300mm diameter round steel bases
- Overall pole and stand height is 1800mm
- Overall display board panel size is 900mm x 1200mm - our largest display board available to hire and perfect for displaying A0 literature!
- Our panels are covered in hook and loop fastener friendly nyloop material on both sides, allowing you to easily attach any posters to the panels and create a high impact double sided display!
- Each of our display board kits for hire are supplied with 1m reel of hook hook and loop fastener free of charge to get you started. Please be aware that these boards are not suitable for use with pins.
- All of our panel and pole kits have a grey frame, poles and bases. The boards are all mid blue on one side and mid grey on the other.
- Our display board panel and pole hire kits are available for immediate dispatch and next working day delivery (if ordered before mid day)
- Hire periods as standard are 1 day, 7 days and 10 days. Longer hire periods are available upon request. Please note that our 1 day hire period and price is for you to collect from our premises at 9:00am and return to us by 5:00pm the same day. We do not offer a delivery service for this hire period.

- 6 x 300mm diameter round steel bases - grey colour
- 1m reel of hook hook and loop fastener

Please contact us for quotes on ALL delivery charges. We assess each hire size/quantity of rented boards to find you the cheapest delivery and collection service. Delivery may be via our own vehicle, overnight courier or a kerb side pallet delivery.
