These panel and pole kits to hire are a modular display solution, allowing you to continue to add more panels and poles until you have reached your desired display size and layout to suit your event space! These kits to hire are very popular with art galleries, schools, colleges, universities, NHS, hotels, community centres, libraries, offices, hotels, exhibitions, trade shows and many more!
Features and benefits of the Panel and Pole Display Board Kit for Hire/Rent PPH60
- Strong yet lightweight display system, with each panel weighing less than 1kg each
- Quick and easy assembly in minutes! We provide everything you will need to simply screw the bases to the poles and clip the panels to the poles.
- Stable 300mm diameter round steel bases
- Overall pole and stand height is 1800mm
- Overall panel size is 900mm x 1200mm - our largest board size available to hire which is perfect for displaying A0 size literature
- Our panels are covered in hook and loop fastener friendly nyloop material on both sides, allowing you to easily attach any posters, art and graphics to the board to create a high impact double sided display
- All of our hired display boards come supplied with a 1m reel of hook hook and loop fastener free of charge to get your started! Please be aware that these boards are not suitable to be used with pins.
- All of our panel and pole kits have grey frames, poles and bases. Each board is mid blue on one side and mid grey on the other.
- Our display board panel and pole kits are available for immediate dispatch and next working day delivery (if ordered before mid day)
- Hire periods offered as standard is 1 day, 7 days and 10 days. Longer hire periods are available upon request. Please note that the 1 day hire period and price is for you to collect from our premises at 9:00am and return back to us by 5:00pm the same day. We do not offer a delivery service for this hire period.

- 6 x 300mm diameter round steel bases - grey colour
- 1m reel of hook hook and loop fastener

Please contact us for ALL delivery charges. We assess each hire size/quantity of rented boards to find the cheapest delivery and collection service. Delivery may be via our own vehicle, overnight courier or kerb side pallet delivery.
