Formulate is a tension fabric display that combines amazing, modern textile print with a lightweight tubular aluminium frame. Formulate has to be one of the easiest exhibition back walls to transport as everything is contained in one carry bag and weighs just 6.6kgs. The concave shape provides a seamless wall of stunning exhibition backwall display graphics. Formulate can be used in a shell scheme and as standalone, freestanding displays.
Formulate frame is made from 30mm diameter strong but lightweight aluminium tube - each section bungee corded together for ease of erection. Formulate fabric is manufactured from strong stretchy polyester fabric and essentially is a giant sock that stretches over the top of the frame, zipped shut at the botton. Your graphics are printed to the fabric via dye sublimation. This process applies ink to the fabric via heat and pressure ensuring that the inks are locked securley into the very weave of the fabric. If your graphic should ever get grubby, it can be washed in a washing machine on a low temperature wash. The inks will not fade, crack, or peel from the fabric. During storage, the fabric sock may crease but the creases are soon stretched out as the graphic is applied to the frame. Each frame is supplied with a 5 year warranty but will provide many more years of use. Replacement graphics can be purchased if your promotional message changes over time.
