We have called this an A5 perspex menu holder but the base and menu holder are actually made from Styrene. Styrene provides a wonderfully clear plastic for use as leaflet holders and menu holders. Perspex is a well known clear acrylic manufacturer and as such these units are often called perspex menu holders, perspex menu displays, perspex leaflet displays, perspex showroom information displays, perspex poster holders etc.
