Stand off fixings provide a superior professional system for fixing signs to both interior and exterior walls. They can be used on foamex, dibond, plywood, MDF, Perspex acrylic and many sheet materials. Stand offs allow the sign to 'float' from the backing wall, particularly attractive when used with Perspex acrylic. Please see our Perspex photo frames and sign blanks sections for images.
Stand off fixings are often also known as sign support posts. Stand off fixings can be supplied in various shapes, sizes and materials, but polished aluminium now being the preferred choice. Other finishes include; satin anodised aluminium, brushed aluminium, polished aluminium, chrome, brass, polished gold, metallic red, metallic blue, metallic green. We supply polished aluminium as standard, but please contact us if you have a particular fixing colour or finish that you require.
Stand off fixings are supplied in several sizes, size dependent largely on the thickness of panel being supported. For instance, we supply 19mm deep fixings for our 3-8mm perspex panels, and 25mm deep for our 10mm+ Perspex panels. There are also a number of diameters of fixings available. We tend to use 13mm diameter on small panels and 19mm diameter on larger panels. Please contact us for further details.
