Printed acrylic block is a much sought after point of sale product. The quality of the polished edge, the angular lines, the high quality reverse mounted print all add to that high end, professional image. The way that your image appears to become 3D and "float" within the acrylic is mesmerising. Quality Perspex clear acrylic has a 96% light transimission rate - its even clearer than glass - all adding to the brilliance of colour of the printed image.

Here at Display UK, we can manufcature your printed / branded acrylic block to any size and shape.
Thicknesses of block include, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm. We can provide blocks from 50mm square (2 inches square) up to a meter square. The thicker the acrylic used, the more stable the blocks become as a free standing display unit. Printing process. We provide two printing processes. We can either provide a high quality screen printed image or we can provide a photo quality digitally printed image. Digital is great for short production runs as the cost of set up is relatively expensive. We can lierally produce just 1 printed block if required. We print to a film and mount this to the back of the block with optically clear ahesive. Screenprint is great for larger production runs as the cost of printing is much much cheaper over a large quantity. We have undertaken projects with runs of over 1000 blocks for major high street chains.
Acrylic block can be used for both text based graphics and / or photo based graphics. Please see our photo selection above for examples.
If you have a design in mind such as a star, splodge ink, animal etc, no matter how wild the design, we can normally cut to your artwork shape with our state of the art Eurolaser.
